Thanks for the great plug, Kevin. I sold 20 copies yesterday. That was better than I expected for the first day. I'm going to do a blog tour and then I'm going to relax. I sold this book as a PDF from my website, and that was successful, so I'm going to make it available in every format. I sent you the PDF via e-mail. I hope it's useful to you.
